Camp “Wheel A Way” is one of many camps for children with special needs at Camp Will-A-Way, a fully accessible camp that meets the needs of all children with disabilities. Camp Will-A-Way is located in Fort Yargo State Park, in Winder, GA.

Camp Wheel A Way is a weekend camp for children ages 6-30, with cerebral palsy. Children with CP face many difficulties in life, including making friends. At Camp Wheel Away, they have the opportunity to make friends with people who are just like them. There are no differences, only friendly faces.

Camp Wheel Away provides a fun environment for all campers. They have the opportunity to participate in a lot of activities, such as arts and crafts, fishing, archery, boating and more. Each child has the ability to experience new things at their own pace, taking their comfort level in to consideration.

All cabins have heat and air conditioning, to ensure the comfort of every camper. There is medical staff on site, all day, every day. The medical staff is trained to give medication and for emergency situations.
